Kourai Khryseai: Transparent Human-on-the-Loop Multi-Agent Software Development

Kourai Khryseai conference poster preview

Poster + extended abstract · North-East AI Agents Day 2026, Jane Street NYC · May 8, 2026

Multi-agent coding systems that treat collaboration as a supervised problem — an orchestrator routes to specialist agents for planning, coding, testing, style review, and commit synthesis while streaming intermediate status and pausing on ambiguity. A shared A2A + MCP + OpenTelemetry backend drives three interfaces: terminal REPL, pygame chat with TTS voices, and an illustrated Ren'Py visual novel.

Narrative Interfaces for Multi-Agent Software Development

Narrative Interfaces poster preview

Poster · CHAI Research Poster Session, RIT Center for Human-aware AI · Apr 15, 2026

Poster on narrative interfaces for agentic systems — how embodiment, voice, and visual-novel framing affect the way users supervise and redirect multi-agent software. Motivates the three-host design (CLI, GUI, Ren'Py VN) shared across Kourai's orchestration layer.

Federated Forge — Personalized Multi-Agent FL with Player-Anchored Privacy

Design spec · early draft, under active iteration

A research direction connecting Kourai Khryseai to VelocityFL through a principled shared/personal parameter decomposition for multi-agent LLM systems with humans on the loop. Each forge runs council adapters that federate across deployments and bond adapters that never leave the player's machine. Federation is staged as gameplay — Sovereignty Moments, Council of Sisters scenes, Whisper Limit privacy budgets, and rogue-forge exile narratives. Cupid is bond-only by construction.
