Wikimedia meets the split criteria and is admissible at N = 1,850; LineageOS is too small for an H1 cell¶
Wikimedia was refined under the v3 rules: 5,699 examples kept over 13 months, 1,472 removed as
examples whose target the reviewer wrote (suggested_edit).
- Registered split (
split-criteria-wikimedia.json): halves of 2,094 and 2,095 training examples over 130 and 133 projects, suffix total variation 0.266 against OpenStack's ceiling of 0.3187, 29 projects excluded before the split. It meets all four criteria. - Training size (
training-size-wikimedia.json): 1,900. The design trains every adapter at the least N across admitted organizations, so N stays at OpenStack's 1,850 and every OpenStack run already made stays on the design. - Admissible partitions (
admissible-partitions-wikimedia.json, read at N = 1,850 against OpenStack's reference): the first 40 admissible among seeds 1 to 52. The 12 refused fail the language-mix ceiling (10) or the size floor (2).
Wikimedia is admitted on these criteria. It still needs its development-window pilot to fix its K, and its bounds from its own simulation.
LineageOS. Its training window (2024-11 to 2025-08) holds 353 built examples before refine,
counted from datasets/gerrit/lineageos/examples/*.jsonl. Two halves at N = 1,850 need 3,700,
so LineageOS cannot hold an H1 cell. Its development months are still collected, for RQ2.
