Planned before any run: a local decision model as a third blind label-audit rater

Exploratory, outside the registered pipeline. Ollama 0.35 serves decision models over a System One API (/v1/systemone): a choice question returns a probability per option and a yes/no question the probability of yes, in one pass, with no generated text. Nimble (Bespoke Labs, 9B, Qwen3.5-9B base, Apache 2.0) runs locally, so no corpus text leaves the machine; TypeSafe's hosted Jev, the API it follows, is not used, since its data terms are unpublished. The only published evaluation outside its vendors found a System One model's calibration model-specific, to be audited per model (Rafe and Das, arXiv:2609.24052).

scripts/label_audit_decision.py asks each of the v2 audit's 384 blind items the rubric's two questions in the rubric's own words: the label as a choice over the five labels, each described by its rubric line, and outside_names as a yes/no question, read as the more probable answer. It sees the same fields and rubric raters A and B saw, never the key, their labels or the human's. label_audit_agreement.py then reads it as rater C beside A and B, with the same exclusion (item-001, the rubric's worked example); that command without C reproduces label-audit-v2.json exactly.

The comparator is human~B, not human~A: the human saw A's label after each blind answer, so human~A can be calibrated toward A, while B's and C's labels were never revealed. Nothing is decided from this reading. It is reported beside A and B; whether a decision model is worth a place as a cheap second labeller on the rest of the corpus is a separate decision, taken on this reading together with its confusion table.
