Cluster size carries no information about the contrast, measured

scripts/cluster_informativeness.py, datasets/results/cluster-informativeness.json. The registration binds the gate to the pooled estimand, and one of its two reasons is Kahan et al.'s condition: pooling over examples is wrong when a change's size carries information about its outcome. The report quoted a correlation for that, and nothing on disk produced it.

Measured over the three registered seeds on the development window, per organization, between a change's example count and its own matched-minus-mismatched difference:

r, median of 3 seeds range pooled minus change-averaged
OpenStack, 235 changes, largest 45 -0.026 -0.041 to -0.018 -0.0142 (-0.0220 to -0.0087)
Qt, 462 changes, largest 25 -0.006 -0.020 to +0.013 -0.0024 (-0.0076 to +0.0047)

Both are indistinguishable from zero and change sign across seeds on Qt, which is the reading the registration needs: the extra weight pooling gives a large change does not favour either arm. The figures in the report are now these, with their spans, rather than a single draw.

The pilot is the contrast worth recording beside it: at 18 changes OpenStack's correlation is -0.214 and the two estimands differ by 0.035, half the effect. Small cluster counts are where this choice bites, which is why the condition is checked on the window the gate will read.
